ClinMD promotes the idea of One patient One Record so as to help you grasp your health condition whenever and wherever you want. ClinMD is a medical informatics company. We leverage the collective knowledge of the medical community to derive insights from billions of clinical cases to enable more accurate diagnoses, faster. Every time a doctor sees a patient, they are solving a complex data problem. The goal of each case is to arrive at an optimal treatment decision based on many forms of clinical information, such as the patient’s history, symptoms, lab tests, and medical images. Almost all clinicians in developing countries lack information systems to maintain patient data in electronic form. Also available products hinders patient-doctor interaction and most of the records are handwritten. It takes time and effort to store and retrieve the reports and thereby diminishing the quality of care. We at ClinMD made it our mission to provide care givers with complete medical information which is duplicated on paper and electronic form and there is absolutely no disruption to the existing clinical workflow.
