Clockworks Signal Processing

Clockworks focuses on modular systems for creating multichannel signal processing hardware. These systems can be used by developers and OEMs to reduce development time and cost. Their open source nature means they can be adapted to a wide range of applications without needing to design from scratch. Clockworks also offers corresponding hardware, software, and system design consulting services to aid customers in their own product development efforts. Clockworks also incorporates Analog Devices A2B (2 wire interface carrying up to 32 bidirectional audio channels and control across multiple nodes) in to many of its board and system products to provide fast configuration flexibility. Integration of A2B is supported on SigmaDSP and SHARC processors, as well as with SigmaStudio for fast DSP software creation. Clockworks hardware products can be used with any type of host processor as all interfaces are standard I2S, I2C, and GPIO based.
