Clos du Phoenix

Clos du Phoenix Winery consists of 18,000 vines spread over 6 hectares, planted in North Lebanon in the village of Eddé (Batroun) at an altitude ranging from 250 to 400 m . Our wine is done using traditional winemaking methods & manual harvesting, and is under the supervision of French oenologist, Yvan Jobard, a native of Burgundy. The grapes at Clos du Phoenix are certified "Organic" since 2013, with a large variation between Marsanne, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. Clos du Phoenix vineyard is owned exclusively by the Chédid and Anid families.
