This includes just about every aspect of IT – from local help desk, Exchange email, anti-virus & backup, to mobile device set up & support, computers (Windows AND Mac - whattt!), and server/networks. Most support is handled "local remote" where we will quickly triage and resolve those issues that can be handled right away remotely from our office. We will be onsite ASAP for a hands-on approach if we can't fix your issue remotely. Regular onsite hours & 24/7 emergency support.* No contracts. You don't like us?
