Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and operation of B-end/B2B business, planning and achieving the channel plan for the responsible channel.
Be able to gain insights into consumer needs and market trend changes in various channels of the category, and formulate effective marketing and sales strategies
Responsible for the integration of offline dealers in area and the establishment of channels
Conduct data analysis and evaluation on channel strategies and activities, carry out phased optimization and adjustments, and provide executable plans.

Qualifications
Fluent in English and Indonesian
min. 3-5 years of sales experience
Have sales channels and customer resources for small home appliances
Have good communication skills, logical reasoning and judgment ability, high sense of responsibility
Obtain a market development ability and innovative spirit
Able to integrate advantageous resources from multiple parties to achieve goals
