CLS CRE was founded three years ago and originates between 200-400MM annually in aggregate loan dollars. We primarily focus on the Southern California markets retail industrial, and multifamily sectors. We have a hybrid work model that allows scheduling flexibility. We are experts at facilitating 1031 exchanges by helping clients move capital across the nation through the identification and financing of net-leased properties. With access to a network of lenders and investors, including life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions, we deliver customized financing strategies that align with the investment goals of our clients.
