СLT REZULT is the first and the only Ukrainian manufacturer of Cross-Laminated Timber panels CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber). CLT is a solid wooden panel that consists of cross-linked layers of wood. CLT is a unique building material that confidently competes with steel and concrete. It is ecologically clean and energy-efficient, with high strength and stiffness characteristics. This is the next generation and global trend in the design and building of single-story and multi-story constructions made of natural wood. Rezult is one of the largest woodworking holdings in Eastern Europe that is listed in the TOP 10. There is a full-cycle production facility located in the city of Korosten, Ukraine. The industrial park covers 200 hectares and has a production facility capacity of 1.2 million cubic meters of wood per year. The output capacity of CLT panels is 90 thousand m3 per year. CLT advantages are: - ecological compatibility - reduction and conservation of CO2 emissions, healthy microclimate - due to the transverse structure of the longitudinal and transverse strips, CLT panels are non-shrinkable  dried wood with a moisture content of 12% (+/- 2%) excludes infection with pests and fungi - energy saving: low natural thermal conductivity (0.13 W/mK) and high heat capacity (2.1 kJ/kg) - fire resistance - from 60 to 120 minutes  reduction of period of finishing work - the panels are ready for interior decoration - 4 times lighter than concrete structures - used for multi-storey constructions - space saving due to wall thickness - implementation of complex architectural solutions  guaranteed shelf life is over 50 years - high sound absorption - (PUR) - one-component polyurethane adhesive without formaldehydes CLT panel size is up to 18 m x 3,5 m Possible layers amount is 3, 5, 7 or 9 layers.
