ClubRaphael is a Web3 startup creating open protocols for “ownership economy” in travel real estate. We are combining fractional ownership and travel to create a decentralised network of luxury properties across the world. ClubRaphael provides an alternative to the current ‘pay to stay’ paradigm by allowing normal travellers like you and me to become co-owners of the properties we travel and spend our vacations at. Our protocol empowers people to come together, source, screen, fractionalize, tokenize and distribute the ownership of spectacular properties amongst themselves. These owner-travellers can enjoy the property as their vacation home, plug it to the network for monetisation, or exchange stays with other properties in the network.
