Cluster Billboards (CB) was established in 2014 by Katlego Leballo, however, given new life when inspired by the new norm which is that of the pandemic and lockdown restrictions. Static Out of Home (OoH) offerings have come to a point where they need to evolve as digital offerings are becoming more affordable and popular with brands and this is what CB was created to facilitate. CB is a subsidiary of Empower Box Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd. K2014197606 and aims to disrupt the static large format sales process and market impact in the OoH space by using subliminal methods through repetitive sighting of the same brand, what we call clustering, and giving more value for brands with our dynamic business model.
