Cluster Smart Building

The Smart Building cluster brings together front runner companies to exchange innovative ideas in the field of Smart Buildings to contribute to the realisation of more sustainable, “user-centred” buildings that are ready for the future. To support the building sector in its evolution towards Smart Buildings, the cluster wants to stimulate cooperation and knowledge exchange. To this end, various events will be organised, from study days on company and project visits to webinars. By sensitising end customers, making them aware of existing problems and showing them the added value of available innovative solutions, the demand for smart building solutions from the market will increase significantly. These actions by the cluster should lead to increased knowledge and adoption of smart technology, new innovative partnerships, and a market that develops more strongly. The Smart Building cluster is an initiative of Buildwise, in collaboration with Embuild. The Smart Building cluster came about as one of the innovative business networks supported by VLAIO (Agency for Innovation & Entrepreneurship). Going forward, the initiative will continue under C-Tech, a technology service of the Buildwise, supported by Innoviris.
