Clyde Care is a Community Interest Company (CIC) based in the South Side of Glasgow. We get involved with various projects to support our community and to help relieve poverty. Following the recent pandemic, we are getting back on track and hoping to expand our operations to help even more people in need.
We undertake property work from various sources, and the profits gained go to help the vulnerable within our society. In the past couple of years, we have been working regularly with Commercial Companies and Housing Associations. This has allowed us to recycle many items in good condition and stop them going to landfill, we PAT test where necessary and give them to households in need.
Working on such projects with local Housing Associations and Social Services is allowing us to support our local communities in various ways. As the demand for our property service grows, we aim to generate further income, which will in turn allow us to expand, and achieve our goals to assist more people in need and help reduce poverty.
