CMPM is a client-side project management consultancy, providing end-to-end oversight across all project stages—from feasibility to final handover. We serve as the single point of accountability, mitigating risk, optimising programme delivery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring cost control across the project lifecycle. Operating independently of design and contracting teams, our impartiality allows us to prioritise client objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain project integrity at every phase. Our experience spans commercial, retail, F&B, and hospitality fit-outs and refurbishments, as well as new-build developments—where we coordinate all disciplines from groundworks through to completion.
