The Mission of CMAA is to promote the profession of Construction Management and the use of qualified Construction Managers on capital projects and programs.
The Vision of CMAA is that all owners will realize capital project and program success by using professionally qualified Construction Managers.
The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CMAA is comprised of nearly 600 members from southern New Jersey, the Greater Philadelphia region and northern Delaware. Our geographic reach affects a population of over 6 million people. Our members represent over 80 companies including the U.S. General Services Administration, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and some of the largest A/E/C enterprises in the country. We also serve members at various educational institutions such as Cornell University, Delaware County Community College, Rowan University, and Temple University.
