CMD Careers works with over 5 universities, 2 corporate clients, and charity organisations across the UK, USA, and UAE. Our organisation was founded in September of 2024 by Liam-Elio and Paul-Nino Colabuono-McDonagh. As both state school educated students both brother's noticed some gaps in their knowledge through their degree's. Both had to play catch-up with private & grammar school students to land well-paid graduate employment. Both managed to do this during some of the hardest hiring periods of 2023 and 2025, respectively. We have two sides of the business: student and professional support. For the students: 1. Free reviews of any relevant careers assets such as CVs / Resumes / CLs / Portfolios, unlimited for all student sign-ups on our website (which is free!). 2. Paid 1:2:1 career consults; these sessions are our winners, we've had students placed at some major graduate employers after a few sessions! We price these as low as possible, £5.00 per 20-minute call. 3. Daily free advice and content through our socials, website, and WhatsApp group coming soon! Professionals: 1. Custom-made CVs and portfolios! 2. Hour-long career consults & interview preparation. 3. Application support and company recommendations in our speciality fields of consulting, finance, Law, and sales. B2B: 1. LinkedIn Management (£200 per month for 1 CEO & 1 Business page) 2.
