Recently, in medical education, among students and residents, some studies have been done which showed immense potential in upgrading knowledge and skill. These days super-specialties care has become standard of care in India too. It is a hard fact that while dealing with super-speciality, some basic facts vital to patient care is missed. Also at remote places, some physicians do not get time to update and need basic CMEs. Even attending conferences do not sharpen skill of patient care in totality.
