The mission of the Connecticut Medical Group Management Association is to enhance the performance of healthcare management professionals to benefit their organizations through education, certification and advocacy. CMGMA provides members the tools to: Run a successful practice by managing and organizing staff and dealing with interpersonal relationships. Stay current on government and private regulations. Keep the practice in compliance when it comes to medical coding and documentation. Participate in advocacy. Advocacy will make the practice of medicine more enjoyable and rewarding and offer important contributions towards promoting the health of our society. Network.
