Cmind is a mindfulness collective dedicated to expanding the capabilities of teachers, students and all who are curious to explore the possibilities of meaningful living. Together we create an intentional community and a safe supportive space that fosters growth and opportunities for discovery through connection, collaboration, and integration. For students, Cmind offers a connection with a vibrant community and highly trained teachers and facilitators. Classes, workshops, courses, and retreats, appropriate for practitioners of all levels across a wide variety of modalities. This will allow you to start a new practice, establish healthy habits, maintain an ongoing practice, or explore a style that is new to you and meet your unique needs.Collectively we will inspire you to build a lifetime of wellbeing with the knowledge and confidence you need to incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices into your daily life. Teachers will find continuous support with regular meet-ups and guidance from experienced industry leaders and an engaged community to support practice.
