Conference Background: The urbanization process in the MENA region is accelerating, and the construction and upgrading of intelligent transportation systems are crucial for enhancing traffic management efficiency and improving citizen travel experiences. China's intelligent transportation industry began to grow rapidly more than 20 years ago, driven by the country’s economic development and increasing transportation demands.
