Center for M&A Studies (CM&A)

CM&A is a premier center for studies, debates, qualification and creation of content on mergers and acquisitions. It is a first-of-its kind initiative in Brazil, and the largest think tank on M&A in Latin America. The initiatives it develops are headed by some of the most renowned professionals in the field, from the top ranking law firms and leading investment banks. CM&A é um centro de excelência para estudos, debates, capacitação e criação de conteúdos sobre fusões e aquisições. É a primeira iniciativa do gênero no Brasil e o maior think tank sobre M&A na América Latina.
