CMS s.r.o. was founded in the fall of 1999. Since then, it has participated, among other things, in the implementation of projects for one of the most demanding customers in the automotive industry, for Škoda Auto a.s. in Mladá Boleslav. - In 2000, it became a distributor and authorized service partner of LJU Automatisierungstechnik GmbH, supplying the Czech market with control systems for electric overhead and automatic roller conveyors. - In 2001, CMS s.r.o. became a system integrator of control and visualization systems of the GE Intelligent Platforms company and at the same time expands its offer to include the sale and service of PC technology and accessories. The positive development of the company enabled the company to expand its field of activity to include design work. - In the fall of 2010, CMS s.r.o. obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification. - In 2013, CMS s.r.o. obtained SAQ 3.0 certification and participate on the biggest production digitalization project incl. electronic car card application in .Net - In 2022, CMS s.r.o. successfully reached 2,500 succesfully implemented projects. - In 2023, CMS s.r.o. obtained TISAX certification and succesfully expand to the EU.
