Aimed at schools and colleges, course content typically covers Awareness, Avoidance and Action. Course content is typically 6 hours spread over times to suit clients. Some content requires physical participation amongst students but we have a "no hands on" policy for instructors. The main content is academic rather than physical and is constantly being updated to cater for trends in risk to young females. Conetent is suitable for all young females no matter their physique or nationality.
