Case Management Society of America of the Chesapeake is the official chapter for the Chesapeake Bay and Baltimore Metropolitan area. We represent nurses, social workers, and allied healthcare professionals dedicated to the practice of case management. Our chapter has over 150 members and we have access to over 9000 national members in 27 states. Our chapter objectives is knowledge, learning, community and advocacy. We recognize that case managers are experts and vital participants within the care coordination team and our goal is to provide resources to help support and strengthen their individual practice.
