中國醫藥大學附設醫院因應人工智慧科技發展趨勢，提升人工智慧在臨床醫療之應用，於2017年08月21日成立人工智慧醫學診斷中心(AI Center for Medical Diagnosis)建立醫療影像及結構化病患臨床資訊資料庫，結合高價值的醫學影像數據與深度學習技術建立臨床預測模型，目標為推動人工智慧於臨床疾病之應用，期望建立人工智慧醫療輔助診斷系統，透過醫師與AI合作提升醫療品質達到智慧醫療的目標。
