We specialise in the design and manufacture of high quality parts and precision components for the automotive, industrial, building, mining, aerospace, defence and medical device industries. We produce in excess of 5 million parts each year and have been involved in over 1000 projects with some of the worlds most established companies.
All machined parts/components are rigorously tested against our own inhouse developed Quality & Assurance ("QA") systems and processes. Two principles included are: "Fit for purpose", the product should be suitable for the intended purpose; and "Right first time", mistakes should be eliminated. QA also includes the management of the qaulity of raw materials, assemblies, services related to production, and management, production and inspection processes.
