About National Centre of Road Studies and Research
The National Centre for Road Studies and Research (CNER), created in 1979, is an Autonomously Managed State Service (SEGMA) under the administrative supervision of the Direction of Studies, Development and Road Research which reports of the General Direction of Roads. Its main missions are: - Auscultation/inspection of pavements and engineering structures; - Development of road management systems; - Establishment of road studies and research; - Assistance and training on road techniques.
