CO-Happening!

Vision & Mission: We believe that businesses and employers only thrive when their people shared a "collective capability' when it comes to exponential change and growth. Our mission is to seamlessly put back human dynamic, the power of D&I, growth-mindset, and great leadership inside the various operations and projects for organisations. We support management from all sectors and complexity to connect working teams of silos. We install effective employee resource group, activate a common OKR across board members, as well as setting up a vibrant feedback inclusive governance to support managers to deliver operational excellence, growth, and change. Background: CO-Happening started off in 2017 as a simple call out to like-minded peers in exploring the alternatives of what is “invisible to the eyes”. In 2018, CoHap Lab emerged out of the demands to innovate toolkits, frameworks, and trainings that enable individuals and organizations to innovate collaboratively.
