We provide both civil engineering consultancy services and management consultancy advice. Carla and Olaf utilise their knowledge and experience gained in 20 years of work around the world. The civil engineering aspects are focused on site development and infrastructure works, advising clients including developers, planners, architects and others on development schemes. Our involvement ranges from the initial feasibility and concept stage, and carries through the detail design and construction stages through to operations. One particular focus is multi-use and motorsport led developments, with experience of delivering such schemes successfully around the world. The other focus is on brownfield developments. We have experience in all aspects of civil engineering, transport planning and hydrology. We have a history of working on a wide variety of development schemes worldwide, involving detailed assessments of development infrastructure, traffic and transport issues, utility and drainage provisions, river and sewer hydraulics, and flood risk matters. We have taken complex infrastructure schemes from concept through to delivery, liaising closely with clients, project teams and other relevant stakeholders. We also provide management consultancy services, for both private and public clients, providing objective recommendations and expert advice. Our aim is to help organizations to develop capabilities by suggesting changes to be implemented in business strategy, structure or management. The primary focus is on business innovation, so that organizations may achieve a better position in the market and be more competitive.
