We are a group of Mental Health Professionals with a Master's in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences - BALM, Chennai, who have come forward to provide you with free and brief-counselling sessions where you can reach out, talk to us and share your emotions and feelings. Our services are provided via chat (Google hangouts), Google meet/Zoom calls and Emails. Please note, this is NOT a 24*7 helpline support, and therefore, Pre-booking is mandatory for each session.
