I have worked with CEOs and their direct reports in various organizations across India, Southeast Asia and the US. With over 1500 coaching hours spread over more than 100 clients, I am fortunate to work with these C-Suite clients to create transformational Leadership results. I have coached Leaders across themes such as Executive Presence, Personal Branding, Change and Conflict management, On-boarding coaching for New CEO’s and Stakeholder management apart from bespoke leadership behavioural goals. I have worked on several global coaching programs and been instrumental in creating systemic change through coaching. Connecting dots between Business Success and Leadership behaviour is at the Core of what I do. I am a columnist for leading business magazines and a sought-after Speaker empanelled with leading speaker bureaus in India and SE Asia. I have worked with The National Geographic, Zee Telefilms and The Indian Express in my nearly two-decade long work experience. In my last assignment, I was heading Sales and Business Development for The National Geographic Channel as Vice President for the Indian region.
