Naveed Kiani is a Certified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist who runs his therapy practice in Sydney Australia but also provides sessions online with clients all over the world. Known as “Coach Kiani (CK)” in the fraternity, Naveed believes that all of us have a Unconscious and a Conscious mind. For people who have mental health issues, the integration between the 2 minds is lost and needs to be re-integrated. There are numerous techniques that He uses according to what would work best for the client. Naveed is adamant that all physical ailments are an effect and secondary. Mental ailments are the actual cause and thus primary. Mental ailments originate from unconsciously holding negative emotions (anger, fear, guilt, sadness, hurt) in our bodies long after the events that lead to these emotions occurred. These negative emotions need to be released from time to time in order to be our optimal best and deliver to our potential. He uses a technique called Time Line Therapy with his clients which is very effective. His most common sessions include an 8 hour full breakthrough session (you would know things about yourself you never knew before), Eliminating Anxiety, Overcoming Depression, Curing Insomnia, Career Coaching and Couple Counseling. Mental health is still considered a taboo around the world and people seldom discuss these issues to avoid awkwardness.
