As a certified burnout coach and practicing Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of clinical experience, I help healthcare professionals recover from burnout and realign their careers with what matters most — both professionally and personally. I’ve experienced burnout twice in my own life — and recovered from it twice. That journey, combined with witnessing colleagues quietly suffer through exhaustion, frustration, and loss of motivation, led me to search for an effective way to support others facing similar struggles. What I discovered was that coaching — combined with my clinical background and my ability to hear the deeper message behind the story — gave me the tools to make a real difference. I work with Nurses, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to help them better navigate the demands and unique culture of the healthcare industry. Together, we uncover the limiting beliefs, blind spots, and unspoken goals that often keep them stuck in unsustainable career paths. We focus on redesigning their professional lives (and in some cases, their personal lives) in a way that supports well-being, fulfillment, and purpose — without requiring them to sacrifice their calling. This work is about more than coping. It’s about healing the healer — and building something better.
