Coached by Pondi Express is the brain child of Gautam; born out of his passion to enable distance runners in achieving their running goals. Gautam is a Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) certified distance running coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutritionist.
Over the past 2 years, Gautam has been training his athletes for distances from 5K to Ultra marathons. His athletes have run their first 5Ks within months of picking up running as a sport for an active lifestyle, won trail races and have been on the podium in various road races.
Gautam's coaching philosophy includes understanding each athletes' goals and motivations and preparing personalized training plans that strive to create a balance between work, life and athletic pursuits.
