COACHES FOR EQUITY

We believe in the power of coaching to build social equity, in particular by empowering professionals underrepresented in positions of power. This can be directly through individual coaching or by coaching company leaders to increase their emotional intelligence and personal capacity to execute DEI work. We are a group of ICF trained* coaches from different lived experiences and professional backgrounds. We work with clients virtually around the world, with coaches based in Los Angeles and London. Zoom is an incredible medium to foster psychological safety and cuts down on travel costs. We work with individuals, teams, and organizations to connect their people development and DEI journeys. What brings our coaching collaborative together is our passion for DEI, social justice, and commitment to rigorous professional standards. We aspire to continue building our collaborative to represent an even broader array of lived experience with coaches who are culturally competent, empathetic, and effective. Coaching can work for everyone if they feel the psychological readiness to grow. It’s not just about being heard by someone that sees you (which is valuable on its own), but it's also about designing actions and building confidence to allow someone to move forward in their life and career.
