Coaching provides a safe environment in which to speak and face your challenges. Through the development of a coaching relationship, I will work with you and support you in clarifying your personal goals, needs and values. It is also my goal as a coach to help a client discover and embrace the truth of who they are, encourage them to take healthy and productive steps toward the completion of their own work, and hold space for them to think and speak freely without judgment of their circumstances or subject them to the pressures of unreasonable expectations.
