ReLife provides leadership coaching and consulting services crafted to empower leaders and organizations that are keen to build sustainable, socially responsible and impactful businesses. ReLife also recognizes that individuals today are under enormous pressure in their roles as professionals, family members, members of society, citizens of the planet, etc. ReLife believes in walking alongside clients as they step back and dig deep, take time to articulate their fears, dreams, aspirations, beliefs/values and who they are as unique human-beings, beyond just the narrow lenses of their roles. From this space of anchorage of self-knowledge, they are invited to explore/experiment with hitherto unexamined possibilities and perhaps then consciously renegotiate/redefine/reimagine their roles within the various systems they belong to. Essentially the idea of focusing on the individual stems from the belief that we cannot address concerns of sustainability at family, organizational, country, and planetary levels without simultaneously focusing on the sustainability, resilience and wellbeing of an individual. Given the founder’s own learning journey/experience in navigating various professional/personal transitions, coaching in the backdrop of transitions and uncertainty has emerged as a key offering.
