Coaching Focus develop great leaders in education; leaders that are the role models for the community around them. We believe that 'you can't be what you can't see' and if we want our students, parents and staff to be work well together, we need to be role model leaders from which they can design their best version of themselves. Coaching focus provides a suite of leadership programs centred around the framework that great leaders are clear, confident, consistent and considered. She is an ACC Leadership Coach and Behavioural Analyst. Janine has worked as an educator and leader for 30 years and began coaching over 10 years ago.
