Ever since I was a kid, my Myers-Briggs type was INFP - the helper type. Without ever having the title all these years, I've always been a coach. I believe that when you start with empathy and emotional intelligence, there is always a compelling and intelligent way forward. It’s all about the people - I see empathy missing from a lot of leadership and work. I bring empathy back into the equation, resulting in stronger businesses, people, relationships, revenues, and profits.
