Coach Laney

As your life coach, my role is to help you find your own solutions, to exercise those parts of your brain that already hold the skills you need to step into the future... and to give you the self-belief that you deserve that future. As someone who has experienced breakdown and turned it into breakthrough, I know the struggle. I also know the power in overcoming and the strength in compassion that comes from the process. I can walk alongside you. The journey is never over, and I know I continue to grow in my interactions with folks professionally and personally. The possibility of growth, no matter your starting point, is what makes me so passionate about my role as a life coach. We will look deeply at the beliefs and habits that are holding you back, then start to build a vision of your future that meets your personal goals and priorities. Only when we know where we’re going will we start to build a path to get there, I will accompany you through the joy and the discomfort of breaking through the things that are preventing you from getting there.
