At the helm of our coaching services is our founder, Teck Leong, a seasoned professional with over 23 years of diverse corporate experience spanning multinational corporations, government agencies, and tech startups. Recursively drawing upon skills and experiences from his past roles, Teck Leong has successfully applied them to the projects and teams he led, resulting in the consistent execution of large-scale initiatives and the optimization of work processes across various sectors. This extensive background affords Teck Leong a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s professionals. Complementing this, Teck Leong has undergone approximately 140 hours of training at Executive Coach International in both the Professional Coach Training Program and the Leadership Coach Training Program. This has further refined his ability to translate his vast knowledge and hands-on experience into effective coaching.
