We have long believed that there was a better way for the world of coaching to work. We wanted an understanding of the coaching process that: - Connects what a coach does during a session with the benefits the coaching provides to the coachee. - Makes it easy for people to become effective coaches - Makes it easy for coachees to understand what a coach with a certain qualification is able to offer. So we developed that understanding. We believe that this is a significant advance on the understanding of coaching used by organisations such as the ICF, AC or EMCC.
