Our focus at Coastal Code Consultants encompasses a wide range of services, including code research, onsite inspections, site plan consulting, building and fire suppression commissioning. We also specialize in providing third-party advocacy for commercial plan reviews within the State of Maine. Our expertise extends to finding alternative code solutions and offering assistance to employers in compliance with OSHA 1910 E exit routes and emergency planning standards. Our owner Patrick Cotter is a member of the National Fire Protection Association. (NFPA) and has the following credentials.
