Formerly known as Hamden-Shoreline OMS which was founded in 1988, CCOMS has grown into the premier Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice of Connecticut. With offices in Hamden and Guilford, we treat patients from all throughout the state, including surrounding New Haven, Middlesex, New London, and Fairfield counties.
The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dr. Conforti, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Salomon and Dr. Heifetz-Li are highly trained and experienced in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including:
