CoastalNet & Secure (IT Service, Maintenance & Surveillance) was established in 2015. Situated in Ballito Kwazulu-Natal and covering most of Kwazulu-Natal South Africa. Although fairly new our CEO Stefan Coetzee and Director Henk van de Linde together have over 15 years experience in computer maintenance,remote desktop support, networking, serveillance and more. Our core focus is set on Domestic, Rural Areas, Farmers and SME’s (Small and medium enterprises). CoastalNet also provides preventive maintenance service programs to address the needs of businesses that do not have qualified computer technicians or staff on their work force & only focus on the lifestyle & needs of today’s businesses. CoastalNet has expanded to include CCTV (Closed-circuit television) installation & maintenance with the focus set on large scale installations with multiple sites and long distance video transmission to its repertoire. With cellular phone signal becoming a necessity as technology with smart phones becoming more popular in our everyday society, especially in rural areas, CoastalNet expanded its services even more in the first quarter of 2017. After extensive research, training and testing, the appropriate equipment was identified and the first successful installation of cellular repeaters were installed. With current planning in the first quarter of 2018 CoastalNet & Secure will start to roll out Fibre Optic installations for SME’s and will incorporate it with CCTV installations as well.
