As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Coastal Pathways Therapy LLC, I provide evidence-based virtual therapy specializing in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues for adults and couples. My practice is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and guided by clinical experience and a compassionate approach. I previously served as an LCSW in the U.S. military and have also worked in civilian roles with the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. These experiences allow me to bring a deep understanding of the unique stressors, transitions, and cultural dynamics affecting service members, veterans, and their families. At the same time, I work with a broad range of clients from all backgrounds, offering a supportive and personalized approach to care for anyone navigating life’s challenges. I serve clients across South Carolina, North Carolina, Washington, and Hawaii through virtual sessions tailored to individual needs. I also welcome connections with clinicians and professionals for collaboration and referral opportunities.
