Nathan Coates started his career as a sole trader in 1990. By 1993 Nathan Coates Plumbing Pty Ltd was formed and the company has grown steadily over the years. As demand for larger civil works has grown over the years, the company has invested in machinery and expanded and has recently changed it’s name to Coates Civil (formerly Coates Plumbing & Civil Pty Ltd) .
The early years were mainly residential construction and maintenance then moving onto larger scale commercial and industrial work where the business grew steadily, building a team of skilled, hard working motivated employees.
Coates Civil have expanded to meet the needs of our clients which include Brookfield Multiplex, Lipman, Lanskey, Bilfinger Berger, Baulderstone Hornibrook, Transfield, Thomas and Coffey to name a few.
