Cobel Building Surveyors are an independent local practise with many years experience within the property sector in Devon and Cornwall. The directors Stephen Copp and Simon Bell, both Chartered Building Surveyors worked along side each other within a regional Property Consultancy practice before creating Cobel. Being passionate Building Surveyors and using the knowledge gained they wanted to provide a service to their clients which stood out. So, they created Cobel Surveyors a RICS Registered firm. They both have many years experience within construction and property. Including Project Management, Contract Administration, Design and Defects analysis. As well as Commercial and Residential Surveying.
