Full Outsourcing In this model, Cobenn will be fully accountable for all aspects of your Philippine operation. From hiring, employment contracts, meeting KPIs, employee welfare, payroll etc. Basically, you just need to manage Cobenn as the vendor, bounded by the service agreement terms and conditions. This set-up gives you the leverage of optimizing the expertise of the vendor while you focus on your core activities. Of course, both parties will still work together as partners in terms of achieving customer satisfaction and other KPIs. 2. Co-sourcing In this model, your team will be responsible in managing the team directly. Cobenn will provide support services such as HR, Payroll, Facilities and staff will be legally employed by us. There can also be some optional managed services that you can avail. The advantage of this model is you can easily drive and manage the team as an extension of your company.
