We have provided high quality consultancy for over 10 years, through Cocentra until 2010 and then through the Gleeds Group, an International Management Consultancy with over 125 years experience in the construction sector. Successful consultancy includes Project Management (Prince 2), bid writing, support for free schools, specific reviews e.g. Governance, Leadership, Place Planning Methodology, School Business Services, Recruitment and Selection, Accessibility. We have extensive experience of developing strategic plans and implementation including working with DfE, LAs, Dioceses, Architects and Contractors on design of new schools / extensions / refurbishment.
