The CLCT Coalition envisions a Colorado where all communities equitably access the resources and support needed to thrive. Our mission is to advocate for more equitable access to public funding by small nonprofits across Colorado. Founded in 2021 by BIPOC nonprofit leaders, the coalition successfully championed the Nonprofit Infrastructure (NPI) Grant Program through House Bill HB22-1356, allocating $35 million to strengthen nonprofits serving historically excluded communities.
