CCI is a diversified privately family-owned corporation that was founded in 2009 with the purpose to offer a variety of real estate solutions to different types of clients in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV), Texas and in the center of Mexico. We offer apartments, commercial suites, houses and other properties for sale or rent. The Company expands its coverage by opening a division of Investment and Property Management for third party investors, offering a wider range of real estate options adapted to individual requirements that will offer solutions to a growing population and to the lease market. The specific services offered are: 1. Selection of real estate and business opportunities adapted to the investor needs. 2. Operating their real estate portfolio including rental, rent collection and HOA administration. 3. Legal, contractual and property reports. 4. Preventive maintenance programs to the properties and remodeling options. 5. Management services to guarantee that governmental regulations are properly fulfilled including accounting, reporting and Taxation (for the properties and for the investor).
